Sparkles of Light
Glittering through the air
Reflecting Christ’s love
Cause He really, really, cares.

When there was no hope
He made a way
To rescue, redeem,
Reconcile, and save.

In His perfect love,
There is no fear,
And His perfect love
Is always here.

Waiting for us
To embrace His grace
And to walk in His goodness
As He sets the pace.

Jesus Christ has risen! He died for all our sins.
Alleluia! Alleluia! Let the celebration begin!
What a glorious day! Let us praise His holy name!
Alleluia! Alleluia! We proclaim His Lordship and fame!

You willingly took our place, upon the wooden cross.
You want us to be free, so You paid the exorbitant cost!
You grabbed the prison doors, and flung them open wide,
And You took away our shame, so we don’t need to hide.

You came down to earth, O wondrous God of Light,
To show us the Way, so we know what is right.
You invite us to enter, your holy, Kingdom gate,
And teach us to let go of bitterness and hate.

Jesus Christ has risen! He set the prisoners free!
So that we can become, all God calls us to be!
What a happy, thrilling day! Let our hearts overflow
With gladness and thanksgiving; Christ defeated our foe!

Thank you, Lord God, for your Garden of Delight,
What a marvelous, amazing, beautiful sight,
Where you invite us to come, and find rest for our souls,
As You heal and transform us, and make us whole!

Glorious flowers beam with your Light,
Radiating their colors, so vivid and bright!
Butterflies dance through the fragrant air! 
Carrying no worries; harboring no cares.

A winding path, inlaid with flat stone,
Beckons us to follow it, to our holy Home.
A gentle breeze stirs the smiling leaves,
Quieting our thoughts, so we can believe.

In the middle of your Garden, there is a pond.
To reflect on your Glory, and sing your Song.
And by the lagoon, sits a beckoning bench,
To rest and drink till our thirst is quenched.

When the troubling trials and problems pervade,
It’s You, Jesus Christ, who shows us the way,
To persevere, and to not lose hope,
Cause in the deep waters, You’re our periscope.

When the ocean waves rise over our heads,
And drowning is the thing that we dread,
You’re the oxygen that we need to breathe,
So we call out to You, we let go, we concede.

We know that You always work on our behalf,
Cause you’re our Deliverer, our Shield, our Staff,
Who leads us over the dangerous turf,
And protects us from the mounting surf!

You carry us to a spacious place,
Where we are secure, quieted, and safe,
Where we can rest in thanksgiving and peace,
As healing and strengthening, You release!
