Courage

Higher and higher, I’ll help you ascend
To be more flexible, so you can bend.
Come to your Savior, where contentment is found,
Where blessings to you always abound.

Relax! Let Me lead! Know that I’m able,
To transform your ways, so your thinking is stable,
So you can be all that I call you to be:
A tree of righteousness, living in victory,

Take time to look up, instead of looking down.
Take time to allow God to invert your frown.
I will hold your head above the waves,
Because I’m the One who completely saves.

So rejoice! Rejoice! Your God is here.
Let go of the wheel, and allow Me to steer.
Hope has arrived; the rescue has begun.
Be very courageous, and live in God’s SON.
