SOIL OF TRUTH

Thank you, God, that You prosper and grow,
All who trust You, so we come to know
The greatness of your life-giving Word,
That sets us free to soar like a bird.

The world attempts to stick us in a pot,
So we’re trapped in fear, and tied up in a knot.
But You carefully replant us in the soil of truth.
So in loving-kindness, we can grow deep roots.

O Wonderful God, who cares so deeply,
You execute plans that bless us so neatly,
To strengthen our frame and heal our thoughts,
So in our walk of faith, we are never lost.

You pour out your favor again and again.
You shield and protect like a loving mother hen,
You shape us beautifully as you refine our ways.
We lift up our voices, to give you great praise!
