Garden of Miracles

Frozen Shoulder -- Lynn Zuk-Lloyd

A number of years ago, I lost some movement in my left arm. I wasn’t able to lift it over my head. It only went 3/4ths of the way up. The doctor x-rayed the shoulder and told me there were calcium deposits in it and that I would never have complete movement of my arm again.

I asked for prayer from my Christian friends and went to a healing service where I had both seen and received healing for other issues. Nothing happened. The hard part was taking a shower. It was difficult to get the shower water to rinse under my armpit.

About six months later, I was again at the mid-week gathering for healing prayer that had been meeting regularly at Faith Lutheran Church in Geneva , Illinois . Rich Fick, who was leading the group, told us to find a partner and guided us in praying for each other. First he told us to pray that we would commit ourselves to Jesus, that we would confess our waywardness and forgive others. Then we repented of things we’ve done or gotten into that were in opposition to God. We prayed for healing of our spirit and soul, and wounds that we caused by negative attitudes or unwholesome talk. Then we came to the part where Rich said to pray for physical healing.. My partner asked me what I wanted prayer for and I told her about lost of movement in my arm. She prayed. Nothing happened.

The next morning I had forgotten about prayer for physical healing and took my shower. When I went to lift my arm, it went straight up! It was completely healed and fully functional and continues to remain healed today. Thank you, Jesus.
